A time when the congregation sings together, prays together, and receives instruction from the Word of God through the preaching of His Word. The morning messages are designed to cover all of the Word of God in a practical and useful way. There is a nursery during the entire service and children’s church during the preaching time.

The afternoon service includes another opportunity for congregational singing and hearing God’s Word.

  • The Wednesday evening service includes a time of testimonies, prayer, and Bible study.

  • Teens meet separately for a time of Bible Study.

  • Children meet for “Patch the Pirate Bible Club” –  a time for singing, crafts, snacks, games, and a Bible lesson.

Hudson View has an active youth program. The teenagers meet on Sunday mornings, and Wednesday evenings for regular Bible studies.

Teen activities are held monthly. Please see Pastor Josh for questions about upcoming activities.

2nd Saturday of Every Month

Each month, our church goes into our community to share the Gospel of Christ with them. This is usually a door-to-door visitation time, but at times can include our annual Yonkers Riverfest, First Responders outreach, and more.

The Nursery and Junior Church is a special ministry that is provided for all parents of children who attend or visit our church.

Our children’s ministry meets for Sunday School each Sunday at 9:45. Children’s church meets during the preaching of our morning service, and our Patch the Pirate Bible Club, an exciting program for children, meets during our Wednesday night service at 7:00.

The Hudson View Christian Academy provides a disciplined classroom environment in which each child finds challenge and motivation to strive for academic excellence.  An atmosphere which encourages participation, cooperation, and respect for authority is created through our admission standards, codes of conduct and dress, low student/teacher ratios, and an administrative and teaching staff of committed Christians who view their positions in Christian education as a ministry.

HVCA strives to create a learning environment which works in conjunction with the home and the church, integrating faith into the entire learning process.  The Word of God is taught as the foundation of all truth in learning.  Each child is encouraged to enter into a relationship with Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior.  We are concerned with the education of the whole child – body, mind, and spirit.  This is done with Bible class each day in addition to the traditional subjects.
